Extremely useful. The dealer i picked my tucson up from went over none of the controls or functions. I had no idea what the “a” was lol, now i know it shuts engine off

I've had mine for nine days now and love it. I like the black interior better than this one. Only things I don't like about the tucson is the back turn signals are too low on the vehicle and the rear windshield wiper does not cover much surface area. I also agree I like the driving feel of the tucson better than the rav 4.
@wolfshanze5980 Жыл бұрын
If someone can't see your turn signals, put a bumper sticker on your car that tells them to STOP RIDING YOUR @SS... of course if they're too close to see your turn signals, they can't read your bumper sticker either... they should stop tailgating, every drivers ed class teaches that you should be able to see the rear tires of the car in front of you at a minimum.

Got it used for $30k. Previous owner bought it new, owned it for 5 months and put 2k miles on it. So far, so good. City driving is only 15 mpg which is worse than advertised. Hwy is about 30mpg.

I just bought one yesterday!! (Used). Question. Is that how much it’s supposed to be in the coolant thing?? I asked about it because the pink liquid was a little below the minimum line and the guy said that it was fine because when the car is on or something it rises up, and that it was all within Hyundai’s specifications

I like the way Hyundia packages their cars. I think all of the have blind spot alerts in the side mirror. I was surprised to see Honda the blind spot is an add on on even higher trims. I have a sonata but want something that easier to get out of.

May I ask what kind of gasoline? ordinary? 87?
@NothinButCarReviews Жыл бұрын
Should take 87 no problem.
@wolfshanze5980 Жыл бұрын
The 2.5NA definitely takes 87 Octane... I've had the 1.6L Turbo engine takes 87 octane just fine too... had the 1.6L Turbo for years, gave it nothing but 87, no problems... recently bought the Hybrid with the same engine, still giving it 87 octane. If the Hyundai Turbo can take 87 octane, the NA certainly does.

I bought the Tucson 2023 AWD in June 2023 I only average 19.6-20.4 miles per gallon combined freeway and street. The AC sucks garages around me say it should run between 35-40 degrees mine runs 50 degrees. I just got it back from the dealership service department and they said everything checks out ok. Other than the two issues I am having I do like it.

maybe...right after the warranty is up tho, so that's 10 years. Seriously tho, it is one of the very few 2.5 engines with both direct AND port injection, so the valves are going to stay clean, no need to blast them years down the road.
@wolfshanze5980 Жыл бұрын
@@ofcbob6391 To be honest, I don't care how long the 2.5L NA engine lasts, it sucks balls... absolutely GUTLESS engine... I've driven both the 2.5L NA and 1.6L Turbo (+Electric) Hybrid, and the difference in power and acceleration is night and day. If you want a Tucson, get the Hybrid for the power engine, if you get the ICE Tucson, good luck ever trying to merge with traffic or pass anyone. I own the 2023 Hybrid and I've driven the 2023 ICE for about a week... there's just no comparison, so glad I got the Hybrid powertrain. That 2.5L NA is just gutless. @jeffthevideoguy23 You're either a troll or poorly informed... Hyundai hasn't used the Theta engine in years, that's about as current as saying all Fords explode on rear impact... get with the times, or try humor from this decade, cuz you sound way out of date.

@@NothinButCarReviewshow you going to be a car reviewer , but not know about the car?
@Jeymez2 ай бұрын
@@TragickSin most car reviewers don't, you have to take up engineering if you wanna know all the ins and outs of a car. a review is just a subjective opinion, the most important part is what it's like to live with. the other stuff is what they like, and don't like about the car, but for the average buyer all they need to know is how reliable it is. how practical it is, what the vehicle is best suited for. a warranty is just something on the business side, that has nothing to do with the car, but if you understand how warranties work, then it's up to you if you think the car will last that long. because as we know, every car has a lemon in the pack. Toyota has one, Honda, GM, they all do. the reason Hyundai/Kia has such a long warranty, is so if something were to go wrong with the vehicle, as long as you didn't do anything to cause an issue, then they will cover up the cost to a certain point. some people think Toyota and Honda don't have a long warranty, but most of their cars atleast in the case of toyota, you get a 3 year limited warranty. that's not exactly short, but that's plenty of time to see how the vehicle held for those 3 years. GM and Ford has a similar warranty range, but what the 3 year warranty does, if the company believes in the product that much, then they will stand by that warranty. that's why people thought of Hyundai, as the cheap persons car. it may not have the best quality, or even the best reliability, but they're willing to give a 50,000 mile or whatever it is warranty. now there is one catch though, that only applies to the engine. if you do something to the car, that's more on you than the car, then it doesn't cover anything that. even Toyota will penalize you, if you do something that damages the car. a warranty only covers the overall build of the car, and the way it came.

Spend the extra 1K-1.5K for the Hybrid powertrain at same trim level... the engine upgrade and gas savings is well worth it... you get much better power and acceleration with the hybrid powertrain than the ICE powertrain.
