This new Tuscon is definitely looks better than the Rav 4 or new CR-V, imo. Technology is unmatched in the segment.

It is a great blue! It remind me of the KIA Seltos Neptune Blue, but perhaps not as striking.

What are the issues or Lemon Law problems?

My wife bought one in April. Within the first 100 miles the car started displaying System Warnings for Front Collision, Blind Spot, Rear Cross Traffic, etc. When this happens all warning lights on dash turn red, and the cruise control disengages. The only way to clear these warnings is to stop the car and turn it off, turn it back on and continue. She contacted the dealer service manager, and he said not to worry about it and schedule a service appointment. When we checked the diagnostic codes for the car and the same errors where recorded during testing at the time of manufacturing. Instead of correcting the problem, it was shipped to the dealer. This is an issue that Hyundai Tucson Owners Forum has it own thread for. I wished we had researched 2023 Tucson problems, before hand. By the way, passenger seat is the worst seat we have ever had in the 50 years of car ownership.

I really wish Hyundai would give consumers more options for interior colors and the potential to add certain features that are available on other trim levels. I CANNOT understand these car makers who refuse to allow such simple modifications.

Personally, I think most SUVs int this segment are under styled, boring, and forgettable. This, along with the Sportage definitely make a statement. Which is what I like. I don’t enjoy driving boring vehicles.

@kippywylie alot of my local dealers have used with lemon law branded titles. Supposedly a cam bus issue.

Yes, lots of the dealers by me bought back Used tucsons (2022 and 2023) with low miles. The car fax says lemon law/dealer buy back. Also lots of complaints in Hyundai groups.
