Beautiful vehicle! This channel is more thoughtful and unbiased than others, who just bash the CVT because it’s seen as the thing to do. If people want the ultimate in responsiveness and 0-60 times, get an electric. No expensive traditional automatic could ever hope to match an electric in that regard…

One on the best looking [inside and out] SUV's on the market today but I'm not a big fan of 4cylinder turbocharged engines. They, the Infinity brand, have been known to be very reliable, unlike its European competitors, like Volvo, Audi or BMW for instance, which a lot of reviewers are salivating over! I sense there is something more to those lukewarm reviews, like perhaps the fact that Infinity lineup is not particularly "green" for some of today's movers and shakers? JS.

They also want a V6 option and Infiniti has a great one from the Q50/60 but infiniti are horrible at listening to the consumer and that is why they are failing

I think you nailed all the pros for this crossover. I really enjoyed driving it. But the mileage is a dealbreaker. I think you can get a vehicle for the same money, that's almost, or AS nice, with better mileage. Non-luxury brands like Hyundai and Kia are really stepping up their game. Except for the the plethora of soft touch material and some of the minor amenities, Infiniti (as well as Acura and Lexus to a degree) is being overtaken quickly. There is no longer the cachet associated with the name badge, and they just don't have much that the the Koreans don't offer, except for the high sticker price. JMO.

The infotainment system is so dated and the display and backup camera resolution is the worst. And that droning Jatco CVT transmission is definitely a deal breaker for me. At at $53,000 my money would be better spent on a Lexus or Acura.

The two screens are fine. The problem is the graphics and the sluggishness. They need a better UI. A faster and better looking one.

It is ok. The layout is pretty good actually. Good looking. It just needs a digital instrument cluster, interior ambient lighting, and a faster, better looking UI.

These are nice but the engine is absolute garbage. The CVT is stupid too. If they out the V6 from the Q50 and Q60 into this they would have a winner but Infiniti spent millions on developing the dumb figity variable valve engine and added a terrible CVT trans to it for a big loser and wasted tons of money

The engine is not the problem it has the most standard horse power in the category sans rdx which has 4 more horses & same torque.
