2:06 there's actually a naked bike from TVS with same g310 R engine that comes with host of useful features one among them is Cruise control which they call cornering cruise control.

Whether you are riding a 390 or 1250, you are still riding a motorcycle. You must have a cruise control.

Have the Mccruise and love it. Put it on before the veridian came out. Allowl a full day to install+.

I watch a lot of Ian's Big Rock Moto KZbin channel and one complaint that comes up a lot with adventure bikes (not enduro dirt bikes) is the lack of cruise control. eg. Suzuki 800DE should've had that from factory. So yeah if the price isnt stupid I would put a cruise control on my 390 ADV.

the price isnt bad veridiancruise.com/collections/ktm-kits my biggest concern as a reviewer is appearing compromised or unobjective because manufacturers give me free things in order to get positive reviews. All my videos are my honest opinions and i worry about people thinking otherwise. Ride safe friend thanks for the comment.

Absolutely. I have on my 890 but would still put it on the 390 (which I may get. ) I like the convenience of being able to let the right hand loose when I want.

i've never had a nice bike, so never had cruise control. I would 100% use it though, AND, as I am planning on getting a 390 adventure next year, could I get the company name to put this on my buy list? 😅 (If they don't add it stick next year, of course)

Sometimes i ride long highway stretches to get to the secondary roads i have charted "Mostly because of scenery :)", like you this is the main reason i am considering this mod ,my main concern is the Cost and installation " how complicated is it? I'll be adding the Veridian Cruise Control to my 390 this winter. I'm going to go with the version that uses the OEM 790/890 switch housing so that I'll have faster/slower/resume capabilities. CC is one of the things I really miss that was on my GS.

All ADV labeled bikes should come standard (or offered as a factory option at minimum) with cruise control and heated grips. Adventure riding very often consists of distance riding and riding in colder conditions due to the regions and time of year in which a lot of people enjoy these types of bikes. However, I will say that I am not a fan of the idea of "aftermarket" or "non-OEM" cruise control. Cruise control is a feature that should be developed and engineered by the OEM due to safety.

100% agree especially the heated grips. I have used aftermarket cruise on bikes in the past , although they were a bit clunky they functioned as a normal cruise should. Thanks for the comment 🙏

CC sure does have it place and uses, however I don't like it and find it a safety issue, but thats me personally. I think for you and your channel as well as others out there doing long distance and find a usefulness for it, I say go for it.

Hello Mr Alien, I personally dont feel a need of CC, reason not being a small bike(it can easily cruise at 130kmph) but the amount of vibrations it will have if you stretch its soft zone and the wind buffeting ....which is better modulated by hand than the CC. I prefer holding the accelerator softly and take it slow intermediately giving me time to relax and stretch.

I agree at lower speeds the motorcycle is quite comfortable and hand throttle is fun and adequate but at higher speeds here in the western United States where I travel long long straight roads it would be nice to relax the hand 🖐️

Go for the cruise control . Sure , you're not going to use it on a twisty dirt road or a cow path , but would be handy getting to the "adventure" part of your ride . Don't worry about the people I'm sure you will hear saying "REAL bikers don't use that ! " .

I use a $10 AliExpress Atlas throttle lock knock off - 2 minute install time and does the same thing on yhe hiway

I'm very fond of my throttle rocker and have ridden thousands of miles with them , such a simple and effective product :)
