2023 Life Update

Omg you're so relatable for me, especially about only being in the body you worked for and wanted for such a short time before getting pregnant. I got pregnant with #4 by surprise just 16 months post op, and i was still trying to get to my goal weight and even during 17 weeks of throwing up i gained 20# right away, i was so sick, had the horrible taste in my mouth after eating, and felt pretty much awful the entire pregnancy yet felt like my appetite was probably like an NFL football player, so definitely stretched my stomach too, and now I'm struggling to lose a single pound and feeling discouraged bc i gained half my weight back and get to lose it all again at age 41 lol! Thanks for being honest and relatable, i loved your content before and i am glad you're not ready to shut the door despite not knowing exactly what content to create, also relate to that! Pregnancy and post partum is so hard, and just because i know that a year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years afterwards is so so so different than that first year after having a baby, (you'd think i would learn by now, 4 kids later lol!) I am stuck in the hard phase where I need my stretchy pants, and i have to dig deep every day and tell myself this stage wont last forever, but being post partum and post vsg is a very lonely and totally unrelatable world so i appreciate knowing im not alone, just needed the internet lol...i dont know any moms in real life who had babies after vsg, hang in there, you got this and I got this, right??? ❤

🥹🥹🥹You’re doing awesome! &ya absolutely hauls just showing the garments& whenever your ready absolutely do try on ones too!! Mom bodies are natural. They’re normal! And social media would love for us to think we are something to hide, but that’s just cause they have to make us think there’s a problem to sell us something we think we need to fix the “problem”. Of course do whatever you’re comfortable with!! 💗💗💗lots of love!!

Girl is so good to see you back! I’m having my BSG on 1/16/24 as long as everything goes through with insurance, and my last two preop appointments I already got my cardiologist, clearance and bloodwork and EKG and dietitian and all that stuff done! I think it is completely normal what you were feeling! I have had three children myself and a miscarriage and I also have two stepchildren full-time so five in the house so it’s a struggle to fit time in for everything. Congrats on your baby!! ❤🎉🎊🎁

Ahh glad your back! I have missed your videos and your humor. Please be kind to yourself it's only been 4 months. My second and last baby is almost 4 years old and my body isn't back to what it used to be but I'm not rushing to "bounce" back 😂. Post whatever you're comfortable with. I'll still watch.

You’re amazing! Congrats & welcome back! Body dysmorphia does suck Id say I go through seasons with it some days are better than others, our bodies are amazing things though! I also stretched my stomach during pregnancy same thing had to have something in there or constant nausea! Look forward to more content! 🤍 always ready for anything you want to show us 😘 you’re an amazing person keep being you!

Missed you!!!! In Feb ill be 2 years post opp and I dropped 230 lbs and poof now I'm 32 weeks pregnant and the weight gain is effing with me bad beacuse I wasn't done with my vsg journey.... how did you cope with the weight gain during pregnancy

Hi love! Congrats on your pregnancy. The weight gain is so scary during pregnancy, post vsg. The only way I could keep going was just taking it day by day and reminding myself that it's not forever. The pregnancy will end! Shoot me a DM on insta if you ever need anyone to talk to. I'm always here.
