Thanks for posting this! It’s been hard to find any audio of this model. I’m not normally a 000 guy sound wise, they sound a bit too boxy to me but this one really sounds killer from the 2 videos I could find on it. The main difference being this guy has non scalloped bracing and an adi top. Difference neck profile and nut width, but sonically it sounds better than a standard 00028 to me by a lot. What are your impressions so far with this guitar?

@@robbynaumann439 Hey Robby, it is a great guitar. Has been played very little, in like new condition, so it hasn't opened up fully, but it definitely has more headroom and muscle than a standard 000-28. Actually I currently have it for sale on Reverb, need to pare down, check it out. Cheers!

@@toddvossmusic7833 awesome, good to know. It’s a really tough choice trying to figure out what to get, there are a lot of good options from Martin. This Sweetwater 000 is definitely on my list. Thanks for the reply!

@@robbynaumann439 you might also consider an OM, the longer scale gives you more volume and punch. Or a 0000, such as M-36, approaches dreadnought volume and bass in a more comfortable size.

@@toddvossmusic7833 Yeah, I’m currently playing a D18, which is absolutely love. But I’m thinking of getting something smaller and different. Bought an HD28 and like it, but not as much as my D18 so that’s where I’m at. Thinking of returning and getting something else. M36 and J40 are both on my list. Though the 000 is enticing to me because of the shorter scale. I do like the OM28, just not sure if I want the longer scale, and not sure if I’m sold on the Sitka rosewood combo after hearing the 000 with adi and rosewood.

@@robbynaumann439 if you're willing to spend the money Gruhn Guitars has some great Martin customs that might give you the size and wood combo you like. Also, they make a great 0000-15m all mahogany for $1800 if you like the 15's.
