I have own Maserati for the pass 10 years and NEVER EVER have problems. The people who can't afford them always find fault with anything they can't but. I also owned Alfa Romeo and Fiat 500 Abarth and the same thing goes. I look forward to getting the MC20 Cielo in red very soon. F the haters. Nice video by the way.

congrats, MC20 is one heck of a beautiful car to some they say its "soft" and dont sound loud but thats the point of this car..its not overdone and it doesnt scream at you everytime driving it

What makes you think your sample sizes are statistically significant? Automotive reliability is a numbers, game. There's plenty of E60 M5's driving around with nothing but oil changes and basic maintenance. That doesn't make it a reliable platform. I was going to mention that to @amandareviewscars before I saw you posted it. It just needs a momentary push. In her defense, after you push start, it's a full second at least before it starts up, so it's possible she didn't think it worked with just a brief push.

I'd take it definitely without the outer carbon package. I think it destroys a bit the elegance of the design as the over aggressiveness doesn't match the base style of the car.

Kind of weird: Hit both paddle shifters simultaneously to put it in neutral. then put the parking brake on. That's it. Then weirdness continues when shutting down. After 'park'. you have to hit the engine on/off button twice in a slow sequence.

Or pull both paddle shifters to put it into neutral, but I found out that it won't turn off while in neutral. You have to put the parking brake on first.

So if i just want to sit in the car while running after a drive,iam putting it in neutral, then hitting the park break, i noticed the car still stays in neutral, but with the parking break on I then hit the off button, which turns off the car. I have to turn the car back on, then i notice it's in park. This is the only delema i have. I can't figure out how to put it in park while running. You should make a video on that.

@@c8miamicarclub Functionally, it is in park in both instances. Not relevant to this discussion is a bigger issue: while in motion (crawling or on the highway) never tap on both paddles simultaneously (neutral). In that case, The ECU , to prevent mismatch of crank to wheel speed , will remain in neutral (no matter which gear you try to shift in) till you come to a full stop, after which you can then proceed to drive normally. I have learned to have only one hand close to either left or right paddle shifter while drive to prevent accidental double (simultaneous) actuation of both shifters. I only would double actuate them after coming to a full stop in order to 'park' it.

bought it at 286k, 550miles later, sold for 201k, lost 85k in 6 months, it feel like a project car, bunch of kids get parts online and put it together in a hurry, (it is true by the way). it will never reach 60mph in 2.9 seconds (according to Masa), much more like 3.7 . nobody know if this is reliable, since everyone sold them before even 2000 miles. here you go, the true review.
