That masculinity topic, Thank you Pastor Brian for your response. The issue with society (the world) is when they say “man up, grow some chest hairs”. We are supposed to be set apart. God wants us to be balanced in masculinity & femininity, how else would we be able to operate in all of the fruit of spirit. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭22‬-‭23‬ ‭ESV‬‬ We need to filter out certain responses and the most important thing in any relationship is communication. Do the work to know what you need and want to be loved. Does it align with the Word of God? Then Communicate to your partner on how you need to be love, can you love them the way they need to be loved? If not move on. Take a season/s to heal and grow.

Too many BOYS not enough MEN. That’s why there’s no plan, purpose, vision, etc. Black men in particular have ZERO framework for community. All other cultures start from day one grooming a male child for wealth, social standing, and legacy. Black men just have kids, club, flex, rap, gang bang, and chill. Break that curse and a lot will change.
