I just paid $47K for the exact same car, just not the wheels and no moon roof. Thanks to an insider deal. It's extremely fun to drive. Very bad on premium gas ⛽️ maybe 15 MPG City and extremely loud inside due to road noise and No acoustic glass.

Huge congrats. Amazing car! Those outputs for a 4 cylinder scare me reliability wise though so it's great to chat to someone who has it real world. Excuse long message. First and most important question would be, do you drive it hard? I am a hard driver although I don't use launch control but my car is always in race mode (Cupra mode in my case). I am going to upgrade my Cupra Ateca VZX (in Australia we only get the one model which is fully loaded, it has the current 320HP Golf R motor detuned to 300HP but torque is identical so I don't get why they did that, silly, 0-62MPH I have done in 4.88 which is very good for those outputs), to I think to the RSQ3 which is similar price to the Merc. I am having a really tough time deciding cause the black and yellow AMG interior we get here as standard is so darn sexy. Like the RS, in the Merc we only get one fully loaded trim here. Audi has too much piano black and I hate that, although the carbon option mitigates it a bit. That, sunroof and black pack are the only RSQ3 options in Australia. Sunroof is standard on the Merc here so I don't even know if I can fit with my head not touching anyway. I also know the Merc is faster off the line than the RSQ3 but that 5 cylinder sound is glorious, and the looks of the RSQ3 to me (i.e. personal opinion) means it's a really tough choice as engine wise and exterior wise the Audi gets it for me, but raw performance and interior go to the Merc. Honestly if I didn't do so many long cross country drives, I'd go totally off the norm and get a GV60 performance. The interior puts anything in that price range to shame and it's faster than both cars too, but I don't trust Australia's electric long distance driving charging infrastructure and I don't have garage parking at home therefore no access to charging at home. For everything that comes with the GV60 and it's cheaper than both by about 10K, I could live without the engine note. Then there's the Model Y performance but no adaptive suspension and it's really firm, too firm. It's all so tough to decide! I really want something that can do 4 or under to 60MPH and the GV60 performance and Model Y performance are the only ones that can do that out of the factory, and sadly I am stuck to SUV form factor as I need easier exit and entry. If that was not an obstacle, I'd be ordering a new RS3 right now and not looking back. But I find it very difficult to get out once I am in, due to a long standing and worsening lower back issue and my towering height doesn't help either. On a different note, still about RSQ3 - my mum has the 340 HP edition and it's as fast as the current 400HP. It was before they added all the stupid Euro 6 stuff. I can get one say 2018, which does 4.4 seconds and faster than the new model, the 370HP version, cause it was using looser restrictions. Then I can chip that. They have often been clocked doing 4.2 out of factory. The problem is that year model doesn't have adaptive cruise or apple car play, but I can fix the latter with an after market screen upgrade. The car has everything otherwise and is so damn quick, and getting a second hand one like that and working it, as long as I can find one with low mileage, would save me about 50 grand. So that's an option too. These cars are all over 110 thousand+ on the road here in OZ. Cheers!

@@teddym2808 ​ @teddym2808 I drive the car hard regularly. The 0-60 times are around 4.0 flat, shown by independent vehicle reviewers. I drive the car in (I) individual mode, which lets me put the transmission into the sport and the suspension into comfort. Also, you shouldn't be worried about reliability as Mercedes has been tinkering with high-power 4-cylinders since 2013 and has begun putting the M139 platform into the new C43 and C63S E-Performance. I would recommend trying to get a car with the "AMG Dynamic Plus Package" "Multimedia Package" and "AMG Performance Seat Package" I found the stock seats to be sub-par, and the recaros more comfortable. I would also recommend you go in-person to check out the car yourself, as its essentially a lifted A45 variant, and you said you have difficulties getting inside and out of the RS3.

Pretty good MB , except the wheels are ugly. Also, fuel tank is too small at 13.5 gallons. Yes it's nitpicking , but then again MSRP is $72k. 😮

I have the bigger brakes with race mode, but the GLA doesn’t get drift mode, I be;I’ve the A45 does, but we don’t get it stateside so I can’t be 100 -recent sure.
