hey many thanx for the very informational video! looks basically exactly like i want to buy the glc. so in belgium it seems to be called luxury line. is that same or similar like the german avantgarde? wheels seems to be 18" basic from avantgarde, front grill als well. color is basic black or with metallic? windows in the back are darkened. for the seats, it is artico, correct? and with upcharge not with fabric tomasi inside but artico as well? thanx in advance for the answers. btw, next week, i will order it...

I don't know for sure, but in Belgium we don't have avantgarde. There is Business Line, AMG Line and Luxury Line. In Germany it seems to be Avantgarde and AMG Line, so it looks like avantgarde is probably similar to luxury line. Exterior colour of this car is Obsidian black.The document that I got doesn't mention artico, just leather black. I don't have more info than that about the specs. Nautic blue looks similar to this, mine looks black then blue with sparkle inside the paint. Depends on where I stand to look at it, very glad I got the colour though.

HI, How do you work out the power ratings? 150 kW + 100 kW = 250 kW (204hp + 136hp = 340 hp). Where do you get 313 hp from?

I got the information from the press site of Mercedes. Its normal for a plug-in hybrid to have less system power than just the sum of the combustion engine and electric motor. I don’t know the full explanation but it has to do with efficiency loss in combining the 2

the numbers never add-up because there's a problem between the 2 systems : electric and gasoline engine. the loss on power is only based on some synchronization that both have to do, to be more specific the electric motor has to sync with the motor and/or gearbox. the sync has to be perfect because if they are out of sync, then traction is either faulty/imperfect. the analogy that i was given by a mechanic to understand this phenomenon is as follows : say you have to skate in a straight line from A to B. if you skate stronger with the right foot than your left foot, the end up loosing the line. so you need to adjust or sync your power in order to keep following the line. i know there are more academic answers than this one but for me the example was good enough.

@@sektor2001 : Bonjour, je peux entendre votre expliacation. MAIS dans le cas du GLC 300 de, les données sonr plus "logiques. 145 kW + 100 kW (197 ch + 136 ch). Donc, puissance totale système 245 kW (333 ch)... leurs calculs sont inconsistants...
