ON THE GLC300 I CANT GET THE SCREEN TO COME UP BY HOLDING OK FOR 10 SECONDS, ITS IN THE 2ND POSITION AND AND THE HOME BUTTON WORKED.

@@АлександрПрайм-я7б Unfortunately not, those are the cameras that look at the drivers eyes to make sure they are paying attention. That's going to be normal with the autonomous driving coming.

​@@ocwheartbreaker Further in the manual it says When the driver monitoring camera is turned off, the following functions are not available or are available to a limited extent: 3D driver display. MBUX head-up display with augmented reality. Microsleep recognition function of the ATTENTION ASSIST system. Face recognition This feature is used as touch input to authenticate and unlock the user profile as well as protected applications. Multimodality With this function, the MBUX voice assistant is activated with a glance, for example to confirm a message on the display with your voice.

I got to ASSISTPLUS, press on show # miles remaining but bothing else I can do reset, nor showing the other remaining menu like ur video

First, you have to be on the mileage screen and the driver door needs to be closed. Key in position 1, press the black square on the left side of the steering wheel and almost immediately press the back button and hold for about 10 seconds. Then release and press the home button. Scroll over to the left using the left side steering wheel button and you should see a workshop menu. Select that, then you should be able to reset the service light

@@robertlikis3386 Start on the screen that shows the mileage. Make sure all doors are closed. Key in position 1, hold the home button for 15 seconds, quickly release and press and hold the "ok" button for 15 seconds. Release, press the home button and scroll over until you see the "workshop" 🔧 menu. Select the menu and you should be able to reset the service light in there. Sometimes they are a pain to get right. If it doesn't work the first time cycle the key and try again. Let me know if that works for you

@@ocwheartbreaker Really appreciate your feedback but I can get to the "workshop" mode almost every time. That's when I can only see oil change, etc. I can get to the "Assist" mode but that's when my car goes to "Handover". I set it you YES and also went back and changed it to NO as one of these settings (forget which one now) ends up with a dash warning telling me tom visit a Technician? The Oil tab only allows me to check level which is spot on. The dealer in Tampa did reset this Mode recently (I live in Pensacola but was attending a medical conference there) and (I thought) it was fixed as my App and car started to change "Days Remaining To Service" from 365 (where it stays now) to 364 then 373 but that lasted only two days then went back to its same 365 display. Also, when I shift the dash screen over normally to the normal mechanical mode (far right screen) showing tire pressure, tire temp, etc, the same 365 and Assist are displayed on the far left of that screen. That's how I learned the dash had changed so went back to me App and darn if it didn't stop counting down days and also shows 365? I can take it to my local dealer but since I operated a local award winning Bosch automotive service shop here for 50 years and did quite a lot of Mercedes servicing, that dealer isn't very friendly to me nor did I buy this "special order" Maybach from him. And ideas? I will try your suggestion this morning just to see what happens. TUVM

@@robertlikis3386 it seems to me like you may need to take it to get the powertrain control module updated. I have seen before where the service interval would mess up and that was the solution. Something screwy with the software. Let me know what you think.
