gee whiz......common sense really confuses me!!!!....now to clarify this turn around...it is a TEXAS wide code adoption right? individual municipalities can't keep the old code and screw up the venture into "Common Sense World" right? ( i recall lobbying Tx legislature to pass the law that mandates all cities be on the same page, right?) Great information Dave, thanks so much.
