It's hard to get a Platinum Ariya from dealers in the US cause they have a really bad back order and the wait is so long ... Nissan please help

I bought a new 2023 Rogue 5 months ago. I have had to drive to the shop at Autonation Pembroke Pines in Florida 4 times for 3 different vibrations inside. Right now I've had the car in the shop for a week without knowing what's wrong. I thought that for those cases they would provide solutions to the client but that is not the case. They don't even give me a replacement car. I do not recommend this brand

@@nissanusa My car at the Nissan Pembroke Pines service for 13 days now. Its the third time I drop my car at the service for the same problem and the service only have record of one time. (negligence?),store manager asking the workshop manager for explanations disastrous and rude personnel. This is the service that @nissanusa is providing to a new car customer.

I called the Nissan Customer affair and they say that the arbitration board don't consider that they have to compensate me in any way.... After 13 days without a car? And having spent $38,000 on a new 2023 Nissan Rogue??? Please Do not trust on this company at all!!!! @@nissanusa

@@nissanusa Even when i drop my car 3 times at the service for the same issue they only have record for 2 times. BE AWARE, ask for a printed record every time you drop your car at the Nissan Pembroke Pines service. DO NOT TRUST ON THIS DEALER
