I have a 2023 Rouge. The best feature of the app is the remote start but what's the point if you can't control what the temp is going to be inside the car? Start the car early in the summer time and NOT have the AC getting cool. So awesome. If the feature is there for the Ariya, then why not other models?

Remotely set temperature features is really difficult to control for application backend side. Ariya is new gen car, but some future Nissan cars will have this feature

If you have an SV with dual climate control. Leave it on auto. It will automatically defrost the windows and cool in the summer depending on the outside temperature.

Mileage doesn't update. Range doesn't update. Thank goodness it was 'free' with my new vehicle. Definitely too pathetic to pay for.

After adding the vin and vehicle information, this app does not have the option to remotely start up my 2024 Nissan Sentra SV nor does it let me do the climate temperature change on it. I can only start up my car with the remote but not with the app how come?

So I just got a 2015 Nissan Special Edition. I downloaded the app & got the car verified. The top row of buttons like unlocking the car don’t show up. Do I have to pay to have the buttons?

2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Spent several hours on the phone with support. Finally, I was able to connect my car and the phone app. However, I am experiencing an issue where the remote start engine fails in approximately 70% of attempts.

As with all software, see if you can get an update for the head unit software...it's common for updates to iron out bugs like that. There may not be one available yet, but maybe there is. Sucks that they can't just get it right, but there are nearly uncountable variables between the car, the device, the app, etc. Makes it hard! I just got a 2019 Sentra NISMO and apparently the previous owner never used Android Auto...the audio drops out like CRAZY!! Turns out, needs an update.

I am having the exact experience you are. I have taken it back to the dealer for service multiple times and so far there has not been a fix found. I have had it almost four weeks. It is a 2024 Nissan Rogue AWD Platinum edition. Have you found a fix yet?

Thank you for your suggestion to contact the MyNissan App Support. However, I have already spoken with them twice, and on both occasions, they referred me to the dealership, stating that there was an issue with my equipment. Surprisingly, my dealership expressed surprise at these recommendations. In fact, my hardware is functioning properly, but the application continues glitching. Given their lack of knowledge and incorrect advice, I am hesitant to contact MyNissan App Support again.

Why can't you use the remote or app to move the car forward and back. Those features help with parking in tight space. I'm thorn between going for Hyundia Tucson than Nissan Xtrail Tekna plus doesn't have it. Nissan have to put those features

Ai just get my new qashqai, install app and do all settings correctly, allow all privacy, try everything for 7 days but remote control doesn't work... everything i can do is just watch... no remote horn and lights, no remote lock, nothing... what a disappointment

I am reorganizing DVD for the personal viewing and hearing. A totally personal thing to watch it on the vehicle. Neither the sale nor the reproduction are impossible. This matter is not for the backup. On the other hand, I stopped connecting the Internet to a vehicle. As I cannot secure security for a thing out of the calculation via the internet. I declare the connected end!

2023 Nissan Titan using iPhone. If I click VEHICLE I do not see a truck, I see a car. If I click MAP I see the current location of my truck with the appropriate icon of a truck including my trucks color.

Ford Escape app does this without a paid subscription. And it actually works. But if you can squeeze a little more money out of your customers after you sell them a car then good for you.

Don't do it! Do not activate. If you look at the list of fearure there questionable features like CURFEW ALERT and BOUNDARY ALERT! This is a way for tracking and control.

Your car should be more than 2018 for most feature. Because there was no cloud or smart head unit technology enough under the 2018.
