It will sell. Try Facebook market place and post on Facebook itself if you have it. You will be happy with the Unlimited when you get it. I have been beating it up and it has been taking it. The Hobie had a wider deck itself but have adapted.

Getting an Unlimited in January with an NK 300 and foot control so I've watched your setup video a couple of times. The dealer suggested putting the 36 volt battery inside the Backpack 16x16 since I don't normally carry that much tackle. I notice yours is behind the seat which puts it a bit more forward and it seems would still allow the seat to swivel. I've also read that carrying more weight forward makes the boat easier to plane and increases speed. Any thoughts on battery or seat placement would be appreciated.

Yes 16x16 still allows seat to swivel as long as you keep rod tubes on pack behind seat. If you can get away with 13x16 pack I would. You would be able to move pack farther back in between gunnels if you would like. I am thinking about doing that myself so I can make room for boonedox wheel set up if I stick with no trailer for transport. Right now I am doing the cart from yak attack to move to water but a little hard to pick up sometimes and get on top of wheels. Make sure you get the lightest battery you can afford to put behind you. But either way the route you are going you will like. I have the install of the torqeedo as well on my channel. Their battery is light so just stays on the floor behind me in front of backpack.

Wondered whether you were familiar with the replacement seat base the accommodates the Boone Dox bar moving it closer to the seat base? I believe it was designed by Sammy Pugh, but I can’t find any details on it.

I am not familiar with that. You can also turn seat base upside down to bring it closer to deck. You can also eliminate the swivel seat and that lowers it a bit as well. I just have the boonedox landing gear with the Nucanoe adapter plate for the wheels.

@@rjmfishtales The seat base incorporates the landing gear tube into the rear cross member of the base. It moves the landing gear forward 3-4 inches allowing for a 16x16 BP in back. I’ll try to find a photo.

Nice anchor setup, what is the weight of your anchor? I’m currently using 4lb down digger ball. A little wind or change in current and I find the kayak breaks free frequently.

I think it’s a 5 pound. It’s been so long ago I forget. But probably a 5. Being a use a grappling style I hold no problem.

Man that is a very nice setup you put together buddy. I really like how you did that man. Very nice , Simple , and easy. You are making it a very nice kayak for you & your son. You have a good weekend on the water? I had a bad day on the water man. I took my whole entire family out kayaking because my kids start school next week. So I took them kayaking. We stop at a boat store because they had a boat ramps there. We was leaving & I walked pass a guy sitting down & he just started making fun of me being fat , having very very Extremely wide feet 🦶 because I was barefooted 👣 , how my toes was fat & chubby , how evenly straight across my toes was , how a fat man in a kayak. It made me so so mad that I wanted to go whip his A ** but my lil brother Tim & my wife stop me & told me to get in my kayak & go. My lil brother Tim knew that I wanted to kill him. It Bugs me so bad because I can't help it that I am a big dude & that my feet 🦶 are very very extremely wide & fat & chubby & Evenly straight across. I was born with very very extremely wide feet 🦶 & that something that I can't help. My friends & family make fun of me like that but they are just Joking to have fun but when a Total stranger say something like that to me when all I said to you was hello to you I take it personal. I can't help it that I am a big chubby dude with very very extremely wide feet 🦶 with very chubby fat wide toes that are Evenly straight across. It had me mad the rest of the day man. We went to dinner & I had 60 wings & 3 pitcher of beer by myself. My wife had to drive us home & I felt so bad that the next morning I Apologize to her for that. But she said don't apologize I went to make sure that we got home safely that all Nothing personal against you. My lil brother Tim says to me Mack don't worry about that dude man. You got friends & family that loves you for your weight , your extremely wide feet 🦶 , how fat & chubby your toes are , how evenly straight across your toes are & that what Matters. Tim said he didn't like how the guy was talking about me too. P.S. I didn't know that you was 350Ibs at one point. You lost a lot of weight man & Congratulations to you on your weight loss man. You look very good man I would not have knew that if you didn't say anything about that. I am trying to lose some weight man. I was 390Ibs & now down to 280Ibs right now. My DR went me at 200Ibs. it just Bugs me man. But good video buddy thanks you for sharing it. Sorry for being so long man.
