Thank you for this. I've been vegan for 32yrs - fully wfpb for three months. I wasn't overweight but had chronic painful sinus infections and around a year ago developed scalp psoriasis - both are now gone. If anyone is struggling, I highly recommend the Pritikin lectures on yt as well as, of course, the Esselstyn lectures. I listened to them as I went to sleep and kept them playing through the night until something clicked. I will be forever grateful to the Esselstyn's xx

I can’t wait for Friendsgiving. I just made a big batch of baked potatoes and this gravy will be perfect. Also have a half loaf of sourdough bread and will be making croutons. I have some friends that think gravy has to be made with meat drippings. I feel so bad for them. This is actually comfort food for me right now, my husband has been in rehab, learning to walk and feed himself. I come home exhausted and just want a quick meal. Gravy goes on everything. TFS❤️

Can you imagine a Galloping Gourmet/ Julia Childs cooking show where we get the ingredient list one day then cook along with them on another?

This one made me hungry and Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holiday meals. My mother made the best stuffing. I was wondering in which cookbook is the Mushroom gravy, biscuits, and stuffing? I think I would add some walnuts to the stuffing.

In 2017 or 2018 we were in Laughlin, NV we went to the buffet, I was just starting a WFPB diet and the next table over there was these people telling the waitress about their diet, the people looked familiar but it's rude to stare. I know for a fact that the person mostly talking was your daughter, sorry I forget your names.

Do you wash the mushrooms?
@annemccarron228111 ай бұрын
I always do. They didn't. I noticed RIP didn't wash blueberries in another podcast. I wash ALL fruits & vegetables except bananas. Tangerines have a large amount of pesticides.
