@@eltrippers thank you. Only pike so far, need to get on the board for other species. 4 days left of the derby. Started late. Keep on the great trips. Have you gone to Puddingstone Falls yet? Boland River Road, if I remember correctly.

We have been to Puddingstones Falls, yes 26 km in on The Boland River Rd. Well worth the drive.

Well sir, the ice fishing aside (still waiting for it lol), you officially have me missing the summer now. Cannot wait to get out in the woods with the tent and canoe. What a wonderful recap of the year there, looks like you had a blast!

@@eltrippers even though I still don't feel like we've had a winter, I'm with you; bring on the heat.

Though I did spend 7 hours ice fishing today, after snowmobiling to a remote lake. But the weather forecast says I might be done now.

@eltrippers now you have me missing winter and summer. We've been in perpetual spring/fall for the last few months, minus a few chilly and unseasonably warm days. Supposed to be 15 today, -12 tomorrow. 😳 How'd the fishing go?

@@simplewoodslife That day was slow, they had turned off for some reason, but there were a number of friends out and the conversations were great. I did get a nice one for dinner though.
