2023 Road America June Sprints Spec Miata Sunday

Probably my most dramatic race, painfully falling back and recovering up to help my teammate, setting a new track record in the process(2:41.571).
The June Sprints surely are special and I had a wonderful time!!!

Great recovery Chuck from 1st to 14th and back to the fight for 1st. Well Done ! I also admire your feel for traction- it seems once you choose your turn in point you rarely need to saw at the wheel to manage your grip and just sail through your apex. Wonderfull to watch. Awesome race! Thoroughly enjoyed watching the whole thing. What are you constantly adjusting to the right of the shift lever if you don't mind me asking?

thank you!!! it was quite the emotional rollercoaster wasn't it? haha that was my radio button to strategize with Danny my teammate in the 39 car and Tom my crewchief. I usually use the red button on the steering wheel but it unfortunately broke right before race 1 and is a pain to replace (the wires run internally through the hub to horn button contacts).
