Hello, I am speechless. No matter how much I watch your Garden, it is just like I watched it for the first time. I admire you for creating such a heavenly garden. Moreover; sharing it with other people. I appreciate years of your hard work trying to raise many healthy roses of different personalities in Florida's challenging climate. I moved to Orlando, Florida from Seattle Washington where I had a small and beautiful rose garden about a year and a half ago. It was then that I learned I could not grow roses in Orlando due to excessive heat, humidity, and sandy soil. This news was so traumatic that I felt depressed for a long while. I gradually learned there are a small number of roses that grow well in Orlando. After searching and gaining some knowledge on how to grow roses in Orlando, I decided to try starting growing roses again I ordered some roses from a local nursery (Lowe's) and some more from white flower farm. I will receive them in a few days. I am wondering if you kindly can give me some advice on how to grow healthy and long-lasting roses in this climate. again, thank you for sharing your beautiful rose garden.

the only advice i can give you is: stick to healthy variety (reduce a lot of headache) amend soil, keep it hydrated, spraying is a must cause summer humidity will ruin them

Hi, I can’t get enough of your videos! Both amazing and mesmerizing… 🥰 I am fairly new to gardening roses and I ordered a bunch this year. I aspire to have even a fraction of your success! Questions: for your pots: do you put anything like rock or broken terracotta pots in the bottom of them OR do you put soil all the way to the bottom? How many drainage holes do you have in that size of pot? What do you use for pest control? Thanks in advance for your time and advice!

If your climate is like mine then GO is way better, GJ doesn’t bloom well for me, very stingy. But with UK weather it doesn’t seem to have that problem.

They look beautiful. What insects did you have problems with? The lubbers attacked me bad this year. I had to use seven. I had about 300 of them or more they ate every leaf off my Vanessa Bell. I'm zone 9B central Florida- Floral City. Your garden has been the biggest inspiration to me. Thank you for sharing all your videos.

Did your Olivia rose droop or wilt in its first year? All my blooms are hanging over and look so sad, wonder if it’s transplant shock or just a first year thing.

no actually it did pretty well the 1st year, 2nd and 3rd year are the bad years, this year is pretty good

that was a rare instance, it went to 18 degrees, it only happens once every 25 years, yes most are grafted

@@rosesintallahasseefl well 18F is nothing for roses, they shouldn't have had any frost damage. How come it was not the case? Is it because they are in containers? I'm in the UK and we have 20F regularly during winter and no damage on my roses whatsoever.

Amazing roses. But airy pots, in my opinion, do not go well with green plants. The combination of pots made of natural material with roses is more harmonious. The air pots and your wooden terrace don't create a whole beautiful picture, you first look at these black pots and then at the roses. It shouldn't be like that.
