GNCAP test cars voluntary or involuntary, in BNCAP is optional so Hyundai/Suzuki won't send their cars to it that will make them look bad. 2nd we all know what level of corruption is in RTO as DL is given to anyone with money & unfit trucks running on road.

Optional and also BNCAP will pick most selling models for testing by themself. Mauti has sent Brezza, Grand Vitara & Baleno. Hyundai has sent Exter. After these crash tests are finished BNCAP will start to test most selling models by themself. If the model is not selling well then, they won't test it unless the company sends them.

The only catch in this whole testing process is sending safety star rating to car manufacturer for approval. Just for assumption if manufacturer does not approve safety star rating then what? Does manufacturer improve build quality and resend car for testing or else testing norms will be degraded? Check video at 2:25 to 2:40.

I dont think Bharat NCAP will test cars properly Because Suzuki accepted this test.... If Suzuki accepted means laws are relaxed... Here they have left scope for corruption as Both BNCAP and Manufactures should agree on the star rating.. that will never happen... BNCAP guys should test the car and they just announce it publically why both BNCAP and Manufactures need to agree... BNCAP should work as - It is what it is.. You agree or not is not my business

Ap chronology samjhiye ….. govt will be paid by car companies and car companies will be charging customers to pay for this. This is a long term plan ….. Abhi pata nahi chal raha hai but after actively operating for 4-5 years again there will be some tax system introduced to be paid by car companies as well as by costumers in name of some safety tax or whatever they will name it. If they would have been that serious then they could have given some effort in designing the star rating logo without copy pasting it from traditional energy rating for electronic appliances.
