2023 Templar x"300" - Solo Dual-sport Ride/My Current Mods

Took my Templar x250 out for some highway, suburban, and off-road riding, and went through some of the modifications made thus far.

That’s a great engine. I have the exact same engine in my Hawk.

The hawk and templar have 2 diff engines. Hawk uses 229 cc and Templar uses a 249CC engine. The difference is actually very noticeable also between the 2 power wise. Heck even the Titan has a diff engine from the templar and the hawk.

@@Nightmarerhfan2011right, but in my Hawk, I took the CG229 out and installed a Zongshen PR300 with the 6 speed tranny.

@micwell2247 I haven't done much research on the oil coolers yet. But chinariders has a discussion all about them.

what sprocket size are you using ?

@powderhorn4043 I go back and forth. Primary drive 14T and rear 40t. The 14/42 is the sweet spot. Low revs on the highway and still enough grunt for the woods.
