Nice drone work. Some tough folks out there being able to crank a paddle all out for thirty five miles. A neighboor built a cedar stripper on the lines of a competition C-2 back in the eightys. It was kinda crude but got the job done. The summer we raced it was brutally hot. We were both used to working outside and pretty lean and that helped us beat out the competition in the three races that summer. Beat several boats that had won those races for years in sleek fast composite canoes.
