I still see some of the 90's Toyota Camrys in the road that's how good they are. I have even seen some people driving Camrys from 1988. This vehicle can easily last you for 20 years.

They're good and reliable but stuck in 2010s interiors. Engines aren't the only thing that matter. Especially when you're reselling it, you're likely selling to younger gen and they along with everyone else want some good tech at least. And they're surprisingly expensive right now.

@@MihirK007 I'll admit the interior is too for a bit of a redesign, but it's not why most buy them. Toyota is synonymous with reliable, that's all that matters.

@@starmorpheus not necessarily though. Gone are the days people only look for reliability. I'm going to be spending more time inside of the cabin than looking at engine or outside. I want better features and comfortable ride. Two things Honda or Toyota are failing to deliver and those are the two reasons Hyundai, Kia sales are doing way better than before. What am I gonna do with a reliable engine if I'm going to hate driving in it for an hour or so everyday with subpar features? That was one of the reasons I didn't buy a Toyota. Ride was noisy and seats were too firm. I had a Camry 2005 and that was definitely the second best car I've owned. Smooth ride, not a lot of road noises and also pretty reliable. I think the reason people still buy Toyota is mostly due their repeat customers. Not that many net new customers are going for it nowadays.

I got my 2023 Camry XSE and man I sure miss it.. fuel economy is great and having the full odometer display is so nice.. I wrecked it a week in with it and it’s at the shop 😭 hopefully I can drive it again soon!

I love mine! I have a 2023 Wind Chill Pearl with red interior XSE with panoramic roof. I do have led lights were you said you thought it should be fog lights. I love the Lane keeping assist. I have Apple car play so I didn’t get a navigation package. It’s my first Toyota, I’ve always been a Honda Accord girl. But I’m loving it! And it has enough power for me! It’ll get up and go!

@@timothycollins1968 The only joke is you're so far behind time to think $37,000k is a lot for top trim Camry.. a loaded V6 is north of of 41k.. I have seen many four-cylinder top trim Camrys for 38 and 39,000. If you get sonar and heads up display it will definitely push the 38,000 plus mark.. then by the time you had tinted windows and a few other options easy 39K.

I have a 19 XSE and want to upgrade but I honestly see no difference in literally none of the later years except for maybe the screen and now all the rims are all black instead of black and silver. Idk I feel like if you’re going to release the car every year then you need to give us something to work with… actually upgrade the car.

Me personally going with family and friends history, hyundai and Kia are garbage and one of my friends with 2021 telluride just recently caught on fire with tow hitch recall, so he is getting a Highlander within 3 weeks from now. Prior to that 2021, he had a 2010 highlander that he had traded, he wanted that Kia telluride due to features and all the gimmicks....but after that recall, he vowed he will never buy another Korean brand as he is going back to what he is used too.

I have known a lot of people that have bought Kia and Hyundai products in the past and switch to Honda and Toyota and said they would never on that garbage again! Those garbage brands(Kia, Hyundai) are really overpriced now and they are taken advantage of a lot of people.. They really have a lot of trouble with their hybrids as well and you don't hear much about that.. really bad electrical problems with "cheap harnesses" and software.. BIG SURPRISE😂

Thanks for the great video. I've been wanting a Camry for a year - none on the lots to test drive, all are spoken for upon delivery, minimum wait of 4-6 months and the dealer says you likely won't get the things you order and have to accept whatever comes in close to what you want, if you want it. Also $1700 in add-ons? Weird that Dodge/Jeep have a bunch of new vehicles on their lots but toyota and honda hardly have anything. Thankfully my old Japanese highlander keeps on chuggin'!

I just bought a 2023 xse all black with 3,005 mi on it today in Seattle. Honda Civic hatchback sport that was in a really beautiful blue... The Toyota had a badass full ceiling moonroof...two moon roofs that is..and the Honda didn't....AND the dealer said if I wanted the Honda I'd have to put 4 cash down. The Camry I didn't have too at all. Oh and AWD!!!

I had a 15 xse v6 almost 300 hp and 13 seconds in a 1/4 mile. I killed mustangs, camaros,chargers of course in a quarter mile. Out of about 15to16 races I lost only to 2 audis but only by a bumper. Superb car then hurricane Ida swallowed my bitch!!!I will order my next one hopefully with another 100 hp

Just got my 2023 XSE triple black 3 weeks ago. Fully loaded (pano roof, JBL stereo w/nav, illuminated door sils, all weather mats etc. I love everything BUT the sound system. The rear deck rattles when you try to put some bass through the tiny sub. The screen is large (9” diag) but the interface is dated and the screen just looks fuzzy and low quality. I would hate to hear what the stock system sounds like. All and all a nice ride but Toyota really needs to update their very low quality and extremely outdated infotainment system.

You need to let your viewers know that the dealership can program their 2023 XSE so that when they press and hold down the unlock button on the fob the windows will roll down and then the panoramic roof will open. I had my 2023 XSE V6 programed last week.

I would recommend going with the xse because there are so many more options on them and the lights are better. And you could always get the 18" Toyota wheels or aftermarket wheels.

I’m still waiting for Toyota to produce a Camry Prime! My 2021 Rav4 Prime will keep me satisfied for the time being but when a Camry Prime comes out, I’m selling my Rav4 Prime. A Prius Prime is too small and bland looking for me and the RAV4 Prime is too heavy for my liking. A Camry Prime would be the sweet spot for me as a single guy with no children.

He did a full review of a trd as well that should be as good as a comparison video. I would recommend going with the xse over the trd unless you really want trd suspension and the few other things you get with the trd. With the xse you get a better instrument display, better lights in front and back and a whole lot more options on the inside.

Just purchased the Camry XSE in ice edge today. It was the only new XSE on the lot. I’ve owned Toyotas for over 30 years and I love the reliability and gas mileage of the Camry. I’m disappointed that I just realized it has heated seats, but no cooling seat option for the summer. Other than that, I love this car.
