This shade of green works for not just the Highlander, but a lot of Toyotas. I've seen a few Toyotas in this colour. They all looked great, especially the Land Cruiser (100 series) and the Land Cruiser Prado (J120) with side decals.

My guess about the volume knob being on the right is they probably assume the driver is changing the volume from the steering wheel controls.

It's on the right because people drive on the right hand side in Japan. They just didn't bother to mirror image the infotainment for left hand drive markets.

Leased a 23 platinum 4cl turbo.. great power very impressive.. the platinum model had more luxury features than my 21 Lexus GX Can’t beat Toyota reliability!!!

Excellent review. I have the 2024 Limited, turbo 4. Had the Venza Limited hybrid. I think many people will be like me. Tried the hybrid for curiosity, went back to gas.

The 3rd row is mainly reserved for kids unless you slide the 2nd row. But an advantage is that you get 41inches of legroom in the 2nd row so you have room to spare. My family might rent a highlander to go on vacation. Hopefully highlanders arent too bad.

Toyota makes Fantastic vehicles but when they got rid of the fabulous V6 engine for a 4 banger with turbo and the weight of SUV the engine works twice as hard especially going up hills instead of Naturally Aspirated V6 Engine I will stick with Honda Pilot V6 making 285 horsepower will out last that engine many more years .

Bring back the 6 cylinder! I've heard some people that have returned their new Highlander because of the 4 cylinder. Very noisy and you take your chances pulling into traffic - very iffy on speed. Plu no better gas mileage either. The 4 cylinder is not big enough for a heavy, large Highlander. I was going to buy a new Highlander until they put the 4 cylinder in it. I hope they go back to the 6 cylinder. It doesn't pollute any more than the 4 cylinder. That was their reasoning for the 4 cylinder replacement.

Hi 2 weeks back i purchased 2023 highlander front wheel back. It has snow button. I stay in michigan. My friend said we need all wheel drive in michigan. Awd is mandatory for snow or fwd with snow mode is enough plz suggest.

Nice color. Great review. But the Highlander is somewhat disappointing. I cringed watching Mike getting in and out of that third row. When the kids get bigger, this vehicle will have to be replaced.

i own it . unfortunately i am disappointed with 2023 model .. the lower front bumper detaching while driving that is causing injuries and sensor cables e easily wear and dealers charging too much money to repairing ..

Thanks for being truthful regarding this review! I’ve watched numerous reviews and reviewers on different model vehicles and manufacturers. Their reviews push the feeling that “this is the best vehicle EVER made”! I guess for most reviewers if they don’t give glowing reviews, they won’t get next year’s model to review or receive the nice perks of gifts and dinners 😂. Just take caution when watching most reviews…unlike Consumer Reports who actually buy the vehicles to test and have no loyalty from one manufacturer to another….most reviewers do (case in point when a reviewer says; “I’m at ABC Subaru and I’m here to review the new…”. Right, I’m sure that review will be objective.🙄

Toyotas are always behind the times. They are great cars but rely on their good reliability/safety rating to sell the cars, not the extras. This updated model is MUCH better looking than the previous model and have included some features as standard in the lower models

Purchased one 2 months ago. It’s a good vehicle, however there are drawbacks. Heated seats do not get that hot ventilated seats aren’t that cold. Hybrid fuel economy is only 29 mpg, far below the epa claims. Good car, but I was expecting more.

@@NSO1505 Do you drive lots of short distances? Toyota Hybrid motors seem to take about 10-15 mins warm up before they achieve peak fuel efficiency. If its still under warranty I might mention your mileage issue to the stealership during the 2 years of free maintenance.

Wrong, wrong, wrong! Not an honest demonstration. You can easily use the lower handle to get access to the third row. The one you used is for passengers already seated in the third row needing to exit. Do your research before you demonstrate something. Secondly, folding the third row does not get caught on the seat ahead of it if you do it right... you shoved the third row fast as you released the catch. Don't force it... do it normally and it folds right every time. An HONEST review is needed... not bad jokes. Never again.
