If you could get your medical experts to do a video on COVID and cycling, that would be great. I am no Grand Tour rider, but I have done a bit, and I have had intermittent fatigue, tiredness, brain fog, muscle ache etc for 10 months now. Nothing debilitating, but no substantial mileage etc possible. I would be interested to know what the thinking in the medical peleton is... eg have a few riders been sidelined for extended periods?

Interesting to hear about after effects of Covid. Some of the pros seemed to be able to be back racing a week or two after but others not. I also found I struggled for months after, reaching a certain level but then just crashing down again. All the best for next season, would be great to see you back up there one more time

i struggeld for years and still are. From being 9th in the 2019 dutch national championships mountainbike(XCM) to not being able to ride at all. I only cold start training agian during this summer. And its with ups and downs, competitions?...maybe end of next year

I first met Mary Jane when I went down to Mack for a bike fitting and to buy a helmet to prepare to buy a used bike and start my cycling hobby. She was super nice. I had no idea she was the owner until a few months later when I started doing other activities put on by their bike shop. Hahaha. Great place!
