2023 TRD PRO Sequoia on 35’s🔥🔥

Not going to lie this 2023 TRD Pro Sequioa looks amazing with our front only kit for the TRD PRO Tundra. It brought the front exactly 2” in the front. This left a nice 1/2” rake back to front. Perfect! The ride is super plush! No trimming needed and no rubbing anywhere. 35x12.5x18 on the OEM wheel. From the ground to the top of the Antenna it was 76 3/4”. Still fits in those garages with no problem.

2022 Tundra does have it on the trim level i got, in fact I ordered it November 2021 and got it few weeks later on December 9th that year. TRD trim level

That looks terrific. It's nice that you can finally get a decent sized tire on a Toyota without chopping up the frame/fenders. Hopefully they address this on the next generation 4Runner and Tacoma as well, it's kind of pathetic the amount of work you need to do even just to properly run a 33 on them.

33s are easy to fit? 2-3” lift and a Zero offset wheel. Problem is people add ridiculous offsets or spacers and then wonder why they rub on full turn. 35s on the other hand are ridiculous to fit.

Hmmmm, that does look nice. I'm considering the 2024 Sequioia TRD Pro and like most things about it, except I think it has about 2-3" too little of clearance. I think this front kit, combined with a heavier spring in the rear that sits about 1" higher than this video with 500 lbs of gear in the back would be perfect. I love those TRD wheels, but I'd personally opt for LT285/75R18 tires. Great video, thanks.

It’s a Pro so they don’t have the front air dam. We talked in the video the overall height to the top of the antenna with the 35’s at 76.75”. and then with the full lift and 37’s it’s a little over 77”

It's got the hybrid drive train. 22mpg combined. No idea what the bigger tires will do to the gas mileage but I can't imagine it brings it back to 96 4Runner territory.

Lovely. It sits pretty good. And not too crazy since you didn’t have to change the wheels. Just lift, new tires and proper alignment. How much more road noise and obviously worse gas mileage do you get with the new setup on 35s?

It’s actually pretty smooth and quiet. As for mpg. We have not been able to really get out and drive it yet because we are still in product development stage.

Amazing looking truck. The ONLY thing that looks a little odd to me is the way the black fender flares stop just above the rocker panels. I might try vinyl or something that visually “extends” the fender flares? More pronounced because it’s white, obviously. I dunno it would probably grow on me. 👍🏼

Agree 100%. That looks really odd. I bet if somebody designed a new flare that went all the way down to the bottom for the Sequoia and the Tundra it would probably be a big hit. Also, the front bumper hangs down too low, it needs to see at least 6" chopped off the bottom of it.

No recalibration needed. Everything works as it was designed.

Camber has nothing to do with the ride quality. That all has to do with overall spring rates and shock valving. I run around -1.0 to -1.2 degrees of camber on my 2nd gen Sequoia (because I drive it like a sports car half the time), and the ride didn't change at all from where the factory alignment was.

Unfortunately the camber does effect the ride quality. Anything over .4 and it does not allow the suspension to relax. It drives as if it’s bound up or like a pogo stick. Does the spring rate effect it absolutely. Does the valving positioning change things for sure. But it all effects the ride in some shape or form. It’s how we get the whole formula to work together.
