I have this exact motorcycle with the same livery, I wish there was an exhaust that would expose the rear wheel completely similar to the streetfighter.

This is the first video in the wild ive seen of the full header setup. Ive been trying to find info on the header so if their anyway you could help me out it would be super appreciated. How bid is outer diameter of the header? Essentiall right where the header system ends underneith the rear foot peg im trying to figure out how big the pipe is? 70mm?

The header fits inside the slip-on and is about 90mm it has the db killer in the slip-on currently and is very loud without it. I will try and get some better video of the exhaust.

@reaper_s1k perfect! Exactly what I was wondering. My goal is to try and find maybe a SC project universal can and weld on tabs to use spings to hold it on as im just not sure I like the look of the zard racing can. I can weld just about anything up but if I can find a can with a 90mm entrance I can just weld up a hanging bracket. Either way I'll be keeping an eye on your channel because NO one has any videos of these headers just slip on. Thanks for the info and putting a video up!

Nice! Thanks for sharing. Did you get any ECU lights popping up? Stock O2 sensors have a place to go? Just plug and play? For sure a tune would ge good but ither than that any issues or tips? It's a full exhaust so headers too? Did you replace header gaskets with new ones? Thanks

It's a full plug and play exhaust, no Ecu lights if installed correctly. I did not install new header gaskets because the bike was so new.

@reaper_s1k thanks for getting back to me and answering my 50 questions. Lol Very cook you reused header gaskets. I would've thought since they are usually copper crush gaskets that you'd need to use 3 fresh ones. Think DNK would have a good canned tune for this set up? I really don't care too much about extra power. Just sound and eliminating the weight of the stock crap under the bike and getting rid of the stuffy cat Great stuff and thank you for sharing info and videos!

I am planning to get these as they are the only one that offers a full system header.. am planning to out the double can silencer cause i just like a longer exhaust rather than 'shorty'.. my question would be, do you need to do any ECU tuning once you change the whole exhuast? do you still depend on servo eliminator to by-pass it?

If you are doing a full header exhaust I would recommend getting a tune.

I think the stock pipe looks better as it sweeps upward. Wonder if a baffle ectomy could be done on it? This pipe ruins the look imo.

The pipe has a baffle that you can remove. The weight savings is about 15lbs from stock. This looks way better than stock, and the ease of cleaning your back wheel and removing it for maintenance are easier.

Have you put this bike back on the dyno since installing the full system on it ? If so what kind of gains did you see ?

It will be tomorrow. The shop had scheduling conflicts due to bike shows and had to reschedule twice.

@kenzeno21 The bike put down 159whp and 79trq. It seems to be rich on the tune, so I'm gonna have BT Moto adjust it.
