This or the Tracer 9 GT plus? I passed my test last week. I rode the old Tracer 9 and the engine was fun but I would definately go for the new model with the better display. I'm hoping to ride a Tiger 900 next week, with an eye on the 2024 model.

Any comments of the radiator fan? Does it burns the knees?
@stylesbitchly9931 Жыл бұрын
From owning this model for 2.5 years. I have not experienced any burning at the knees from the fans. The air is pushed away from the rider when in motion. With that said, at a standstill, you will feel heat coming up from the bike. Just Ike many others. Hope that helps.

I just sold my Tiger GT Pro after a year. It was an exceptional tourer but the radiator venting is terrible in hot conditions like Australia. In winter it’s great and I guess for European conditions it’s not a problem but get in traffic on a warm day or try to tour long distances when it’s in the 30s and you’re in for a toasty time. There’ll be a heap of people saying they never had a problem but I was an owner who put 18000km on the Tiger in a year so that’s my experience. If I was in the Phillipines I would get a cooler bike.

But making the tiger more retro looking steers too close to the Bonneville scramblers. It would be almost competing with itself

i hear the pannier racks and crash bars on 2024 are not compatalable with 22,23. Things moved around and no 3rd party has them yet for 24'

This is the more road bias version, but there are videos out there for correct off-road setup .I'd go for the rally version if you are actually going to venture off road rather that the occasional gravel road

GT PRO does not let you configure PRELOAD on the REAR suspension. Yo have only FOUR PRELOAD POSITIONS: NO PRELOAD; 92% PRELOAD; 96% PRELOAD; 100% PRELOAD There is NO WAY to configure preload to get CORRECT SAG for SOLO RIDER and his riding style. That is a HUGE OMISSION on part of Triumph. Did you try to setup the correct preload for your weight on GT PRO?
