Picking one up Friday, what were your thoughts?

I'm coming off an 18' ktm 300 with high comp head and a lectron. This has more power and a longer more linear powerband straight out of the box. You're gonna love it!

@@explorin7493 Awesome, im coming off a 16' 500exc that I had set up for mx. Long time since Ive been on a 2 stroke. Ive heard they are luggable like a 4 stroke

Got mine last week and took it some mucky rutty trails as well as dry harder stuff and I was blown away. I usually ride moto on my CRF250R but I wanted a woods bike. It really feels like a mountain bike compared to my Honda and the luggability and power delivery is pretty amazing. Made me feel like such a better trail rider. Suspension was tight and not broken in yet but seems like it’s gonna take some work to get it where I want it. Taking it to a track tomorrow to see how it does there.

@@mikedunay1 Congrats! I totally agree the suspension is not that plush and will need some adjustments for rocks and roots but it is pretty darn good for the sand and whoops I was riding.

@@explorin7493 well I had a blast on the track. It was really playful and fun to ride. Cornering was a breeze especially with the smooth power as you roll on. But also if you wanted to hit the power bad out of a corner and explode out if it is was still controllable. Sped up the compression a couple clicks and slowed down the rebound one click on the shock and that made an improvement. Still a ways to go in that department…looking forward to seeing what I can do with WPs! Also, prefer the 19” rear wheel on the track so if I end up going to one bike I might get a 19” rear for track days. We’ll see! 😁
