I don’t know if they changed it but on the entry side of the jammed door there is a red button to lift the door back up it’s quite helpful

where did you get the combat knife and the m16 looking gun

The m16 gun could be in one of those crates in the shooting range you have to pull an orange lever on the crate and it will open. But I'm not 100% sure. The combat knife you might have to get while playing through the game and finding it somewhere. Sorry I didn't go over those weapons in the video.

In the first mission called "The Breakroom" at the start you have to throw all items into the blue side then the employee door will be there. 👍

At the start of the game it asks you to throw some items in either the archive spot or the destroy spot. Just throw all items in the archive spot and the archive room door will be open. You can go to main menu and change the mission back to the archive or destroy mission. It should be the first mission you have. Sorry I didn't go over this in the video.

If you want to do a 100%, try watching a guide (like this one) or speed runner for that. If you just want it all without doing anything, install a 100% mod for that

I was in the streets level. Once you drop down from the yellow tube coming from the gift shop you can walk in between some buildings and go to the place I was at 8:32. 👍

At the beggining of the game you have to throw items into either a archival bin or a destroy bin make sure to throw all the items into the archival bin, that will unlock the archival door. The mission with the archival bin and destroy bin is called "The Breakroom".👍
