My crew has thanked me for making sure they had chores. At 7 they could pick up and clean their own rooms. (They loved the stick vacuum !) At 8 both could do their own laundry. At 9 they could do the nightly kitchen clean up. At 10 they could do a weekly house cleaning on their own. One is now a supervisor for a hospital cleaning service and the other assesses restaurants for cleanliness and following procedures.

My kids had/have chores. But my children's job was to go to school and be kids. I didn't mind doing 90% of the household things, that's what I felt was my contribution to the house. I know you're just trying to show the ones who feel they need to tell you what your kids need to do. But I think you're a rock star

I recently pulled off the grill on my refrigerator and was horrified to see two inches of dust bunnies built up on what I believe are the coils. My fridge had been making some funny noises and after I vacuumed the area behind the grill all funny noises stopped, so I'm going to do that area more often.

Even us with no kids don't clean for hours on end ( I don't have it in me to do that). I have 1 dog (a husky) and a husband and most days that's more than enough to deal with. I find that I try to do all my cleaning/chores during the week so I have the weekend to relax and do whatever I want. Most times I sprinkle my cleanings (10-15 minutes at a time) in between my work tasks during the week. I'm lucky enough to be able to work from home so it is like working 2 jobs but I do get a lot done during the week. Since I had time in between a couple of meetings I was able to get laundry going and steam mop the floors. I find just taking my huge cleaning list and breaking it into smaller tasks really helps to tackle the list. Love the egg roll recipe--can't wait to try them!!

Thank you for your videos! My boyfriend and I moved into our first house together back in December of 2019, then two weeks later, just as we were getting settled in, the upstairs bathroom caused the downstairs bathroom right below it to flood our 110 year old fixer upper. We've been struggling through two years plus of everything jam-packed in the rooms upstairs and a storage unit while insurance slowly repaired the water damage while dealing with the lockdown here in California... we finally have our house to ourselves. Every time we would open those rooms upstairs with barely a path... we would close the door, only to retreat back to our over-stuffed bedroom... All of that to say, I found your channel recently and I have unpacked my kitchen, removed stuff that doesn't belong in our bedroom, set up our guest room, and reclaimed the other spaces! YOU inspire me daily as I work my way through your videos. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Girrrrl ive missed a lot of videos! But I could use lots of prayers🙏 I've lost a lot of family members and have been really struggling with all that. Cleaning light fittings is not my favourite chore cos hate going up ladders! 😊 I can't purchase Thieves Cleaning Products in the UK but able to get Mrs. Meyers and Method Products. Really loving the dyad pro. I’ve had it a week and it does such a great job cleaning my floor and doesn’t leave gunk behind the brush rolls. It actually sucks up the water it puts down. If you have a good machine they definitely save time on vacuuming and mopping. And those egg rolls look good too. Might have to try them.

Being Irish I can tell you, no Irish person eats Corned Beef for Patrick's Day. Corned Beef isn't even an Irish dish, but I suppose was adapted here in the States. I get that a lot, oh Irish people you guys drink beer and eat Corned Beef and Cabbage, like I am told, not asked what I like which I do find amusing.... sorry we don't do either. But the rolls did look delicious. Those rolls with the ingredients used look to be more Eastern European inspired if I'm being honest, perhaps semi-Scandinavian/German but definitely not Irish.

@@mendy838 Corned Beef is from England and its very much on par with Pastrami. Just slightly different herbs and spices are used to preserve the beef. I believe both have a strong Jewish connection as the Jewish communities that came to England in the late 1800s brought as well Fish and Chips.

@@livingwithcambriea We eat Cabbage with what we call Bacon... which is more of a lightly cured Tenderloin part of the pork meat and not the breakfast meat Americans would be more familiar with eating. Traditionally, in Ireland we boil this piece of meat and use the water to cook the cabbage to impart good flavor. Or we would make Colcannon and serve with the bacon meat. I think its because you cannot buy Irish Bacon that Corned Beef was substituted. The Rolls looked delicious and a great party idea, because you could pre-make them, freeze them, and fry up on the day of the party. I really enjoy when you cook up food, its real and honest good food and Freya is growing up more and more like you Cambriea... she is beautiful.

Hi Cambria, totally enjoyed, i dont have Instagram maybe one day. I do not have smoked children anymore of my daughter is married. Im a caregiver to my husband so no maam dont clean all day nor do i clean every day unless he is doing exrta good. Thank you for showing the kids i just love seeing them. Be careful with cleaning around the birds. Birds are extremely sensitive to cleaning products and it can actually kill them. They should not be in a room when you’re using cleaning products at all.
