I love these follow up days 😊 Nice selection of goodies too, I saw that giant playing card and thought that would make a great journal cover 😂 I like journals in all shapes and sizes. I was practically crying when you talked about your grandson singing... I have a niece with the voice of an angel. Anytime she sang in a school production I would go see her. Life is too short to skip the good stuff, I am glad you were able to leave a little early and spend more family time 🎉🎓 Have a wonderful day, hugs 🤗

Such pretty journals. They turned out wonderful. Still love the book journal. Very cool book you found at the antique shop. Love that. It Will make a great grungy vintage journal. Our oldest grandson graduated last year and was at his first year of college. It’s amazing how much they grow up in that first year of college. I’m glad you had a wonderful time with your family and that the retreat was fun.

Loved all those gorgeous journals. Oh my goodness Gayle, I would have done a major, ugly cry 😭 had I heard your grandson singing. I can hardly get through their graduations 🎓. It is always such a Blessing and a joy to hear our children or grandchildren's accomplishments. My two grands that live in Edwardsville, IL had over 600 students at their graduations. They only have one high school in their county. Beautiful campus with an amazing sports complex. The worst of it is, they hold graduations in the gym. They are only allowed eight tickets per family. 😕 It's a long day.

Good morning ! It’s hot hot in Georgia. Going to be 90 degrees today. The journals are all gorgeous. But of course we knew they would be when watching you gather the covers, digitals & all the goodies to go inside. I got to watch all three of my grand daughters graduate high school, college & PA med school for 2 of them. & it was a blessing. Now looking forward to seeing my oldest great grandson graduate in 4 years or so. I was a grandma at 41 & great grandma at 67. It’s been a wonderful life.

My grandmother used to make the double doilies. I learned a crochet from her but I never learned to do that unfortunately. Now I mostly use string yarn and crochet appliques. As I said on Patreon, I'm really happy to hear what a good time you had. I also agree it was a good idea to let somebody else handle the retreat. Hmm, I don’t know why Patreon would have discontinued someone, but my Patreon is alive and well! There are three different levels of membership, VIP Patron being the highest level with the most benefits. Patreon is a platform where folks can support the artists of their choice with a monthly membership that comes with benefits. My patrons see Patreon videos with exclusive content not on KZbin. Free digitals, giveaways and such are some of the benefits. Hope that helps! ❤
