I watched this right after watching her brother's winning routine. And I am incredibly impressed by the both of them. I can see similarities between tricks between the both of them, but seeing these back to back, Miri has a slightly different style compared to Mir. Even though I haven't been keeping up with the yoyo community, I will keep an eye out on the Kim siblings. Insane!

Yeah Mir and Miri will be on top for a while for sure. I kinda like Mir's style more, it's more explosive that Miri's. Could be the song though. Also I love that Miri is right handed and the Mir is lefty lol

Damn I know her and her brother grind for hours getting these routines perfect and to see the axle knot at the end take all her confidence was heartbreaking. She won, and deservedly so, but you could tell by the way she ran off stage that the end embarrassed her. It's sad, but that's the mentality you need to win. That routine was absolutely stellar, but the best of the best know when it could have been better. I cant wait to see more routines from both her and her brother in the coming years 💯

Question: I don't compete and never have so I'm not very good at judging how good a freestyle is but...would this freestyle by Miri be able to get into the 1A finals? Or if not, how far do you think she would have been able to go in the main 1A div if she entered this year?

@@turnersteafan1 Well then I'm right to be confused about why Miri didn't just join 1A then. I saw that Netflix documentary where Betty joined the main 1A division and when I saw Miri's OYYC performances I was sure she would be a contender in 1A but what I'm confused about is why the hell she didn't even try. Miri's one of the players that got me looking forward to worlds but when I saw she just did the women's division I was a little disappointed.
