2024.09.23 fall wisconsin surf, great lakes surfing

NNE swell - wind along shore was light NNW but open water was all NNE - water close to 70°F, air 50°F. had a great session last night and was more than i was expecting. luckily it carried through the night but dropped a lot of its size from when i first got out at sunrise to around 8:30am. still had a great time riding the skua again here. i did take out my midlength for a bit once i noticed the size dropping more and longer lulls between sets but the camera died and didnt save any of the footage. oh well, just happy it got the 1st half of my session! hopefully more surf soon.
