2024-2023 Renault Austral model COMPARISON and Specification review. Which one would you buy?

In this video I am going to review the Renault Austral. I have been lucky enough to show the Techno model, Techno Espirit Alpine and also the Iconic Espirit Alpine.
This video is perfect if you have just bought the new Austral or if you are thinking about buying one.

Just ordered the Techno Alpine today, I do not like panoramic roofs as they get too hot in the sun, and Do not need the 360, and to go for the iconic would have tipped me into super tax zone as I wanted the matte shadow grey paint which took it to over 40k. So happy with the order, the next 3 months are gonna be long as I wait for it to be delivered! Great video, thank you for the showcase!

The handles in the boot are not for extra shopping bags. They actually lower the back seats when pulled upon 👍👍

I have the Kadjar, that I totally love it and I will change it for this one by the end of this year. I will go for the top range.

Great Video, a little fragmented & vehicle features not always clear. Would have been better covering base model in its entirety, then covering the additions found in each of the 2 remaining models. You mentioned heated and massage seats but did not show how to operate and clarify which model/models. Thank you.

Thanks for the comment. This is my first comparison video looking at three cars in one go. I definitely will plan it differently when I next do a video like this so really appreciate the feedback. So do you just get bog standered speakers with the techno model?

I checked the specification for the car I tested and it states that you get “Arkamys auditorium audio system with 6 speakers”. For standard speakers they were fine when I used it. You also get the same speakers for the techno esprit Alpine model too.

4 control, sunroof and harman kardon are not included on the base price of iconic. You have to pay extra 4-5k for all 3

Thanks for the comment. Which country are you buying from? In the UK when I was making this video, Iconic Esprit Alpine does come with the options you suggested but roughly it costs £4-£5k more than the base car Techno model.

I have the mid range model in uk, no wireless charging as standard plus, no sunroof and no 4 steer. It didn’t bother me because I don’t think the karmas stereo is worth it. Standard fit for Land Rover and those owners don’t rave about it. Great car and mine was one of the first sold by my dealership.

Thanks Steven for the comment. When did you buy your car? At the time of doing this video the car now comes with wireless charging as standard. The sunroof and 4 wheel steer is now available only with the top of the range model.

Yep mid range has wireless has standard now.

I am guessing last year the equipment specifications changed. Allot of manufacturers do this sometimes.
