Thanks for the comment. If you watch this video from 8:01 and then 20-30 seconds later you will see the radio option next to USB, Podcasts, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto etc. let me know how you get on?

Thanks for the comment. You can adjust the volume using the steering wheel stork controls or you can use the buttons next to the screen. If you watch this video from 6:55 you will see how to adjust the volume using the buttons next to the screen.

Thanks for the comment. Congratulations on your new car. Usually when you order from factory the average time for most manufacturers are between 3-6 months when you order a brand new car from factory. If the car is prebuilt then it can be quicker. Best person to ask is your salesperson.

Sadly there are no tyre pressure monitoring and displays in later cars like mine, a late April 2024. No idea why Renault decided to remove the TPMS?

Thanks for the comment. I haven’t tested this. Try using the search address part of the screen and for the address you want to remove, on the far right I think there should be an option to click and then you should be able to delete it. Let me know how you get on?

how does google connect to wifi on the go?

Thanks for the comment. I think you can buy a monthly subscription to use the internet in the car through the Renault app/website or you can hotspot off your phone which will probably be faster. Can I ask why do you want to use google connect? I am not sure what it does?

Thanks for the comment. I think it might have been laggy in that moment but other times I have used it, it was fine. Sometimes I am guessing it may have just needed to be switched off and then on again.

Dearest, Thanks for the info. i got mine 3 weeks ago. The display is already a newer version compared with what you have shown. I have got one MAJOR thing missing in this hight tech version ICONIC alpine espirit version which has to do with the profiles, and an eventual linking with the keyless entry. You would expect that a high end level car of this level has the possibility to link the car key to a profile so that mirros and seats will automatically set itself after opening the car !!!. So No that does not work and can find nowere info on opening the car in such a way that if my wife or myself will drive it, that mirrors and seats will be adjusted automatically. I have to crawl in the car with seats settings of my wife , start it and go to profiles and then tape on my profile that will set the seats all the way backwards as i am tall, and my wife short. What a Negaitive point that renault did not think about this !!!!. useless features to set the driving modes, and no possibility for linking profiles with remote key openings. Shame on you RENAULT !!.

thanks for the answer. The video on the rafale shows indeed al the cockpit lay outs i have on my austral. Also, no info at all available on my question wether it would be possible to link a remote wireless key to a profile so that by opening the car, seats and mirrors will be set to the drivers preference.

Sorry I am new to Renault so still learning. I don’t know the answer to this. I don’t think you can set the key to save settings like that. I can ask the question next time I am at the dealership but if you find out first then please let me know.

Can you explain how I turn off sensors inside the car so I can leave my dog inside without setting the alarm off while I nip into the post office? Please, I've tried the on off twice button whilst I'm sat inside the vehicle, which works but then I need to get out and leave my dog 🤔🤔🤔 thanks

Thanks for the comment. Try asking google assistant to “switch off interior motion sensor” and then switch off the car. You can leave the window open and leave your dog/people in the car, when you walk away from your car and lock the car with your key. Let me know if that worked?

You need to open your door, then on off on off on off.Get out of the car and close the door. You should hear a long and rather loud beep. That has disabled the over sensitive interior movement alarm. Sad thing is, that has to be done every time you get out of the car. You only used to have to hold the lock button for 5 seconds before they started mucking around with things.

@@DrSaahb yes, just picked up my MY25 techno esprit alpine yesterday. Still getting to grips with the tech and settings. BTW, the MY25 dash layout has completely changed. You might want to do another instruction video as the new layout is nothing like the old one…
