when did you pre enroll and apply for CIMEA? if its some weeks before it might happen..,it depends on the university but if it is greater you can contact them and ask if there is any update. For pre enrollment some take month an greater, so it is like this...but keep asking the university and CIMEA

i have passed the pre-evaluation and asked to pre-enrollment at the universitaly portal, but i confused about the DOV, in the email i received for the pre evaluation the state to attach the DOV document, but to get the DOV in Ethiopia it needs the Summary so what will you advise me? In Ethiopia, you can't obtain a DOV without a summary, according to the Embassy as well. Maybe you can try CIMEA if that could also be an option for your university. Otherwise, you can email the university that obtaining a DOV without the summary is not available for our country
