That was fun! Very impressed with the speed you can coax out of a Lotus 51. I think you had the measure of Ben on most corner exits; you just need 2 more horsepower.

Good race, and I am happy to see you write all is good with the other driver after the race. I didn't think you got along side him and very were well wide of him where he probably couldn't see you, Randy Pobst's Vortex of Danger. It looks like the slower car was giving him the inside of T12 (or at least had no chance of getting down to apex) too, more likely the reason he turned in early than trying to block. I can easily see it from both perspectives. Not a bad camera set up, but I do like the front and rear views.

@timothyadcock5103 the Lotus is a loaner from a friend so I was trying to be mindful of that! Made it unscathed throughout the weekend 🤣

@@jeffreytz since the car survived you should consider coming to Ozarks International Raceway in October. I love Road America but if I could drive just one track for the rest of my life it would be OIR. So far there’s about 20 Fords registered. Cheers.
