The 2024 Audi S7 sits nicely in the middle of the line-up in between the regular A7 and performance oriented RS7. The "S" formula for Audi has alway been to add some sporty elements, but not to compromise the luxury and usability aspect of the car. How does this latest S7 compare to the previous generation S7? The current A7 and RS7? Join me as I take it for a review and give my perspective from being a multiple time Audi owner!

This was a great review, Eddie. I was looking at potentially trading my 2023 Golf R for a 2021 S6 (used, new is too expensive with too much depreciation) but after driving it, I liked my Golf R driving experience so much better. Also, it's a massive car, but not as spacious as you'd expect a car this big to be. Ended up trading my Golf R for an RS3 lol. It's a nice car though.

Do you recommend getting a daily? I am considering a 992 carrera and will probably keep for a year before upgrading so not sure if I should get a daily first that I can keep for awhile. I WFH and drive around 6-8k miles a year Edit: *Get a daily before getting a sports car*. I love the s7 but Im the same way where I would want the top trim.

A 992 carrera is very daily drivable! If you don’t often need a ton of passenger or cargo space, go for the fun sports car

How did you get the 3D Advanced B&O system? I can't seem to option it on the website on the S models, but I can on the RS models.

Uh. This one was built by Audi as a press car so I’m not sure. Have you configured the car as a prestige model? That’s my only guess

​@@EddieXI have, and it's still not available. I mean, the standard 16 speaker B&O system is very good, but I know how much better that 19 speaker system is.

In the US it’s standard on the Premium Plus and Prestige trim levels. 😎

Audi needs to reinstate a detuned 4.0 L Twin Turbo V8, as in the SQ7 and SQ8 models. Better yet, likewise offer a future S7 Avant (estate wagon) with the same detuned V8 for the US.

That would be pretty fantastic. I feel like they are gonna keep the v8 for RS7(Avante) and just give us E-tron options 🙃

This Audi doesn’t have the sport package, the sport package comes with the red brake calipers and a sport exhaust

Those are some pretty different options. I haven’t driven the newest RS3 but I imagine it’s way more firm. Depends if you want comfy cruiser or pocket rocket

Sadly, newer model Audis look very cheap. I've actually mistaken a few of them for VWs. The older A6 and RS8 models were just so amazingly classy and stylish. Not sure what went wrong with Audi, but their styling is going down there toilet.

@@lifestyle_ofagent I’m talking about the two center screens. They need to change that look. It looks dated now. I know one of their new EV SUVs has a new horizontal screen and passenger screen.
