What do u mean by getting the state nomination. Did you apply for 491? Or 482? If you are 45 and above You can enter pr pathway through 482 only if you are doctor or getting a salary above $167000 per year. If you applied to 491 that’s great, even if you are over 45 you will get pr after three year under 491

I got my 482 visa in a week (even less than a week, only few days) including family (Software Engineer). Plan is to go for 186 Direct stream after 2 years, But I have put the EOI for 189,190,491 also as getting the PR early as possible will help to settle here easily with less hassle.
