I was glad to see this video. I've shared it with out-of-state family and friends. Just some FYI, Snappy Lunch closes early every day, so you were probably too late to catch them open. Also, toward the end of the video, on the right-hand side of the street is Mayberry Music Center. Home of The Easter Brothers gospel bluegrass group. All the brothers are now deceased but their family keeps the music alive. That might be something else you want to check out sometime.

Yes, we were there after closing hours, as they close around 1:15, I believe. I was just hoping to see some indication that they had opened back up since the hurricane, but we did end up talking someone who had eaten there since then. Thank you for watching!

Thanks for sharing this video I never knew there was an Autumn festival in Mount Airy, North Carolina😊. 200,000 or more is a lot of people. I go to the Apple Festival in Hendersonville North Carolina not as many people there as it is where you are. Wow . 😊 Saw a lot of interesting booths I would like to stop and look at their goods and crafts.. Thanks for taking us along. 😊

I have heard of the Autumn Leaves Festival but have not been there, we were there after it one year, thanks for sharing it, we have friends Cantrell's too from Kentucky, sometimes we just don't bring enough cash either, you never know what you might need

If you have a Lowe’s Food nearby, try their fried pies (I like peach). Place in air fryer for 4-5 minutes and top with some Hagen Daz vanilla… AWE SON!!!!

Yes, thank you. The shirt she was wanting, was just a shirt in a store that she saw on Mayberry Days. It wasn't a Mayberry Days t-shirt, per se. It was a fall design on a shirt. She did find it when we went back for the festival.
