Ye jo KZbin pr 25-30 thousand ka trend jo chal raha he vo ekdum bakwas he...yes iss saal recruitment baadi he and the no. Should be between 12-15 thousand. As per senior officials of sbi who are in my relation. And 12 - 15 is enough for a candidate who wants this job desperately nahe to kuch logo ka to 30k aane pr bhe rona dhona rehne wala he.

U will need to be at scale 6/7 to go to subsidiary. That takes around 20-25 years after joining as a PO

As an SBI PO the worst possible job you can do. Constant mocking by seniors just because you are new. From day 1 late sitting. Forced to do basic work like moving files from one bench to another bench. Absolutely biased transfer policy, if you have connections they'll post you in better places if not, you will be posted in places you'll not even find a basic home to rent. Managers will keep your bills hanging , and if you ask for it they'll threaten you. No leaves are granted without making you feel guilty.
