Really good comparison review to relevant "other cars"". And a really good point about drivers and driving. A car is kind of like clothes that fit whatever body and occasion you have. For me, that Alpina B8 is of course mesmerizing, but way more than I would be competent in.

That is the Alpina signature wheel design so it changes the standard M wheel 👍

How stiff is suspension comparing to classic car?

This is a lot smoother. Classic you feel near everything and the steering is harder.This the steering is very light with more of a glide feel but if you hit hard surfaces it will be more pronounced. It’s like a soft pillow but your neck is stiff. Where a classic is like a bad mattress and old pillow. You can sleep in both but way different drive.

I like the review very much. I did the same thing in the 80's, at 19 plus, in the US & Germany. You were very good. I'm looking towards the 6 or the 8, in gc from. I'm a X racer, like racer X

Anthony, I rarely disagree with you but I would take this over an M8 Comp any day. It has a much better ride for a daily driver. The M8 is better on the track but who takes a 4800 pound car on the track? The Alpina B8 is special and exclusive.

Hey chap,this car competes with the merc amg gt 63s 4-door coupe and not the s class maybach.i don't think u don't know this or your effort is without knowledge and integrity or u are just full of bias.i do watch your reviews and they are always good but not quite on this occasion.

Besides having a panorama roof top and m8 coming only with carbon there is no advantage the b8 has M8 has 3 modes of drive which b8 doesn’t.. all wheels or rear wheels drive and 4w with more power to the back. M8 is faster and more agile and in comfort mode feels like a limo M8 has the same interior quality and cost less How is b8 better ? M8 has much more color possibilities I do not see any advantage in buying an b8

@@gheorghepetean836more torque, better cooling, better shifting due to special zf tuning from Alpina, much better looking wheels,more exclusivity, better resale in the long run especially when they discontinue them in 2026. M8’s are a dime a dozen you can buy a 2022 for under $60k right now cheaper than the same year m5 in some cases imagine that?

@@MIXINGBOWLMAN Slower , no 4W Rw Less PS .. mine has the most beautiful color in the world aurora borealis great diamond .. so yeah much more boring overall :)
