Hi what is the height, length, cargo space and range/speed versus the Song L? Just found your channel today as gong to the BYD Showroom in London on Friday - We only have 3 models available, Seal, Atto and Dolphin at the moment but I'd wait for the Sealion or Song L after watching your videos.

Thank you. I wonder if the Sea Lion white is the same as my Atto 3 ‘white’ which is actually pearlescent light oyster grey, a wonderful colour but definitely not white! The Sea Lion 07 looks amazing. The wireless Apple Car Play is so good on the Atto 3 so is another bonus for the Sea Lion. I don’t care for BYDs naming of their vehicles. Would be better if this was maybe an Atto 7. Just a thought. Thank you anyway.

I like the look of this SUV, well appointed but I'm certain the price will be higher outside of China. I saw a YT video today that states BYD is having a lot of reliability issues in China, can you share any insights on this and if this is across the line or only to select models. Thanks.

BYD is the most popular EV car in Thailand but it has quite small numbers of reliability issue here. It’s lower than others EV brand and maybe lower than the ICE cars.

@@wichaipongthadaporn2026 Thanks for the info. I’ve seen a number of them in Chiang Mai and in Malaysia and they look good. Or also seen some YT videos about them catching on fire. I figure this is like with Tesla in the early days however, I figure in their home market, there may be a lot more of them, why the higher incidence of issues.

I still ask the questions to why most EVs do not have sunroom, only glassroof? Like ATTO3 has sunroof, the DMi Sealion 6 has sunroof, why can't this and Song L do not have one?

I don't understand why most Chinese car manufacturers continue to make the same mistake with their SUV and Estate EVs. Only a 40/60 back seat without a load through. This might work in Asia, but only the cheapest European EVs would make this mistake. European customers want as a minimum a load through, and preferably in a 40/20/40 back seat. Look at Nio's ET5 or ES6 to learn what Europeans want.
