The price is kind of nuts until you consider everything that this truck is capable of work-wise, plus it can go anywhere off-road that it’ll fit, plus it can seat 5 people comfortably with a huge bed for stuff for a multi-state drive, plus it’s nice to drive and extremely livable day to day. There’s no other vehicle that can do everything that a modern HD truck can. The car companies can charge whatever they want for these things and people WILL buy them. And, if you don’t want to pay $84k for a High Country, you can buy the same exact truck without the fancy stuff for about $65k. Still a lot of money, but more reasonable.

Not going to lie, maybe it's an option but if I was paying this much for a truck. The option for a heads-up display would be nice. Especially since this is the crème of the crop - Its a High Country.

This is a top of the range heavy duty truck, most buyers won’t get the range topper, most people who buy these use them as commercial work trucks. So most of these will be bought barebones for like 40k.
