Actually he's wrong about the 'air intake' on the hood. I have the same truck, only the LTZ version of it. The 'air intake' is for looks; it's not an air intake at all. If you take a look inside of it, it's a solid piece of plastic. No air going into the engine area from there.

It’s a 6’11” bed. Closet to 6.5 is ram with the 6’4” bed.

I get around 9mpg in tight, tight city driving, on the freeway around 17-19 with the gas motor....diesel is probably 2-3mpg better
