I recommend a special division for runners that are #nocrewnopacersnopoles 😊. Seriously though, Id love to see Solo divisions in more races.

Super good insights into pole use through the course. The UK is so wet right now, I've been using mine out at night and have used them to help support me on difficult / boggy terrain. Looking forward to using them on hard packed baked dry trail for a change! We're coming in hot :)
