is it just me or does the danelectro's lack of intonation become really obvious when playing chords with a clean amp?

I just kind of tuned it and went out of the box. I don’t try to take them to the bench are really over tweak them up. Mostly because I feel like with an hour of my tech work anything is basically great. Possibly I should change that. I just like to represent what comes out of a box to you. I love these guitars tho. It’s super fun to play.

It sounds like all heavy on treble. No fan. Also not of the general appearance, particularly of the chrome.

Gimme all dat chrome. It’s definitely bright. 12’s also just have double the high strings so they have that chime. It certainly isn’t for everyone. A fun piece tho. I enjoy it. :)
