When I'm radioing in for the next vehicle to take is place for a shoot I'll say, "Next car please." I'm still here in Moab with the exec team and will mention it do them. Thanks for the comment. C-

When your head of design for Jeep brand calls them cars. LOL. Surprised no one shanked these frauds. The shortcut is the only one I could afford. But as with most new vehicles, I am sure the stripped-out version will cost only a few bucks less than the base models. MFG will claim that the parts they upgrade offset the cost of the features removed. I call that typical BS. The axle cost is negligible in cost. Of course, it is more, but it is not 10k more. Hell, they do not even list the tech specs of the drivetrain anymore. The most they get into on the website is the gear ratio. Shortcut could be a win if it comes with 2.4l NA 4cyl, LSD axles, soft top with half doors, and price tag under 30k including BS destination charge, which we only have because dealers are still allowed to be monopolies for automotive MFGs except for Tesla and Rivian who do not require new cars to be picked up at stealerships. And I am not pro EV.

All they want to do is raise the price up, up and up some more. What people really want is a Jeep without all the extra tech - too much is lost turning it into a street vehicle.
