2024 Elections | Kimberley's creatives call on government for more funding

Some artists in Kimberley in the Northern Cape have expressed scepticism with the promises made by political parties in their manifestos. The artists say for years now they have been promised support, funding and recognition but to no avail. In their manifestos, the EFF, IFP and ANC say they will support and promote local artists while also giving them the platform to show off their talents to compete on a global stage.
